im 15 and there is no way in HELL i would wear that!!! i would not wear those on my death bed.

well does she like cow boy boots get something that interests her if it does then get it,like if she like horses, you could get her those there cow boy boots for her to use while horse back riding i guess

if she doesnt evan wear it and not interesing in it then dont get it get somethig she likes or into
if your daughter likes girly, pink, cowboy boots, then maybe. to be honest, i think they are quite ugly. maybe you should show them to her. sure, it wouldn’t be a surprise anymore, but you would find out if she would like them.
Give her a gift card so she can pick what she wants
I don’t know what style your 15-year old daughter likes, however, these boots are very loud. Certainly if she loves to wear pink, loud shoes, these would fit the bill.
